1. Overview

Cows & Bulls Super respects your privacy. This app is designed to minimize data collection. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Leaderboard scores and account data are stored securely on Google Firebase.

2. Information We Collect

The app does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or location.

The following limited data may be stored:

Anonymous User ID: Generated automatically by Firebase Authentication for leaderboard and account features.
Gameplay Statistics: Games played, win percentage, streaks, best scores, and related performance data.
Leaderboard Data: Your chosen display name and best score for each game mode (Classic, Challenge, Master, Extreme).
Purchase Status: Super Pro lifetime unlock status processed securely via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat.

3. How Data Is Stored

Local: Gameplay statistics, settings, and game progress are stored locally on your device.
Cloud: Leaderboard scores, display names, and account data are stored in Google Firebase Firestore. Leaderboard entries are visible inside the app's Global Rankings screens and contain only your display name and score — no email or other personally identifying information.
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as session counts) to help improve the app. No advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or advertising identifiers are used. No data is sold to third parties.

4. Data Transfer

Cloud data is processed and stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located in the United States. By using the leaderboard and account features, you consent to the transfer of anonymized data to these servers. No personally identifiable information is transferred.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data.

Delete Cloud Account & Data (Recommended):
Inside the app, go to Settings → "Delete Cloud Account & Data".
This permanently deletes:
- Your Firebase anonymous account
- Your stored statistics
- Your leaderboard entries for all four modes
This action is irreversible.
Reset Local Statistics:
Use "Reset All Stats" to clear statistics stored on your device only.
Sign in with Apple / Google:
Users who sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) can manage their linked account through Settings. Signing out re-establishes an anonymous identity.
Remove Local Data:
Deleting the app from your device removes locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

This app includes content filters to block inappropriate words from gameplay and leaderboard names. However, as word lists are finite and the leaderboard contains user-generated display names, we cannot guarantee all content is suitable for young children. We recommend parental guidance for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

These services may process limited anonymized identifiers necessary for functionality.

8. Data Retention

Local data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud data (leaderboard scores, display names, anonymous account) is retained until you delete your cloud account via Settings or contact us to request deletion.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Cows & Bulls Super, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Leaderboard Conduct

You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt leaderboard rankings or cloud synchronization systems.

4. In-App Purchases

The Super Pro upgrade is a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are subject to their respective billing terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or unintended gameplay outcomes.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the App, or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using this App, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
